I have worked as an illustrator since 1987, winning an Addy Award with my first commercial work.

 

Layout by manual methods is a tedious and time consuming process, whereas 3D modeling forgoes layout in favor of something akin to photographic composition and formatting.

 

With a fast computer, the compositional process is fast and easily modified as needed.
